The site & services
Shop Club offers a marketing website, links to live auction shows on third-party platforms (e.g., Whatnot, TikTok), and an optional seller course. Purchases on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' terms.
Course access
If you purchase the seller course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials. You may not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, harass anyone, scrape the site, attempt to disrupt service, or misuse our content. We can suspend access for any of the above.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including the logo, mascot, course materials, and copy, is owned by Shop Club or its licensors. You may not use it without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and content are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about earnings, results, or availability. Live commerce is a real business and your results will vary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shop Club operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
