Shop Club offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products purchased through shopclub.ai.
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with what you bought from Shop Club. If you're not satisfied with a digital product purchased through shopclub.ai — currently our workbooks and any other digital product checked out on shopclub.ai — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No drama, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email hello@shopclub.ai within 30 days of your order date with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and we'll process your refund. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Seller Course & Inner Circle
The Shop Club Seller Course and the Shop Club Inner Circle subscription are hosted and sold through Thinkific. We honor the same 30-day money-back guarantee on those products: if you're not satisfied with the Seller Course or your first month of the Inner Circle, email hello@shopclub.ai within 30 days of your order date with your Thinkific order number or the email you used, and we'll process a full refund. For the Inner Circle, you can cancel future renewals at any time from your Thinkific account; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the current paid month.
What's not refundable
This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold through shopclub.ai and to the Seller Course and Inner Circle as described above. It does not apply to: (a) physical merchandise or auction wins purchased on third-party platforms such as Whatnot or TikTok — those follow each platform's own refund and dispute rules; (b) refund requests submitted after 30 days from the order date; or (c) accounts terminated for material breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing credentials, redistributing course content, or chargeback fraud).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for orders that qualify for a refund under this policy will simply be resolved by issuing the refund, but chargebacks filed without first asking can take much longer and may result in account suspension while the dispute is open.
